Proactive Optometric Physicians (POP) supports the interests of independent, private practitioners. We are dedicated to helping our members
build their practices and
provide the highest quality care for their patients in a private practice setting.
POP is focused on helping practitioners:
- Increase their practice income and operational efficiency.
- Improving the practitioner's public image in the community.
- Ensuring that the private practitioner is competing on the same legal playing field as those who undertake other modes of eyecare practice in the community.
- We have retained nationally recognized experts in every phase of optometric and business practice to serve as your consultants.
- When a private practice OD member encounters problems with third party providers, an appropriate team member will provide advice on the best course of action.
