EyeGrads, Inc. mission is to assist in transferring ownership of an optometric practice. Whether it is through a buy-out, partnership or other vehicle, EyeGrads, Inc. negotiates, arbitrates, recommends, and/or finances ownership of private, independent optometric practices. In over forty years, EyeGrads, Inc. has assisted in one hundred sixty nine practice transfers.
EyeGrads, Inc will counsel any optometrist in private practice, at no charge, concerning their desire to retire, sell or acquire an optometric practice.
The majority of the Board of Directors are Past Presidents of the Illinois Optometric Association, Illinois Optometrist of the Year, ICO Distinguished Alumnus of the Year, etc. All are retired, successful practitioners, who because of their dedication to optometry, are willing to share their know-how.
